What We Do

Hollywood Classics Network is a new television network designed to address viewers 50 years and older. This age group is the fastest growing segment of the population, numbered at over 99 million and owning 70% of America’s wealth. HCN plans a new concept in national television programming and advertising targeted specifically to this age group.

Hollywood Classics Network is run by an outstanding group of individuals, all with extensive experience in their areas of expertise.


Chairman / CEO

Paul Webb is a seasoned veteran in the broadcast industry and has been an owner/partner of television production studios, and his own advertising agencies. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with scores of celebrities, including some of the biggest names in Hollywood.


VP / Operations

David Schonfeld is an accomplished professional with broad experience and a clear record of success in launching broadcast networks, video-on-demand, program distribution, and multimillion-dollar contracts for distribution of entertainment and advertising content worldwide.


VP / Production

Jerry Green has an extensive background in entertainment, having worked over 20 years at Universal Studios, Hollywood — much of that time serving as the Director of Entertainment.


VP / Sales

Robert D. Smith is a veteran of the television industry with over 20 years experience, with an entrepreneurial spirit that drives him to start-ups in the television industry.


VP / Concept Dev.

Award-winning writer George Mattmiller, Jr. brings 30-plus years of broadcast television station and media-related experience to his post at HCN.


VP / Bus. Dev.

Raul Balderas has had an extensive career in the business and film world, playing an essential role in the growth and start-up of several companies such as Rocektdyne, Quadrum, and Tanner Electronic Systems Technology.


Canadian President

Ron Filsinger brings to HCN over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience. He has a history of dramatically increasing sales and customer/client retention rates.
